1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup Greek yoghurt
25 g cheese
Have a rummage through the fridge for any other veg, meat, cheese toppings you’d like to use up!
In a bowl mix together the flour and yoghurt until combined.
Grease a baking sheet, place the dough onto a baking sheet and press out the dough (fairly thinly) with a floured hand.
Lightly spread tomato purée onto dough (use the back of a spoon for an even distribution).
Top with thinly sliced onion and tomato and finely grated cheese. Have a look in the fridge, get creative and see what else you can use up – place on the pizza base with the onion and tomato.
Bake for about 30 mins at 180 degrees.
Once golden brown remove from oven and leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from tray.
