Quick and Healthy PIZZA



Ingredients
  • 1 cup self-raising flour

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 25 g cheese

  • 1/2  onion

  • 1 tomato

  • Tomato purée

  • Have a rummage through the fridge for any other veg, meat, cheese toppings you’d like to use up!


Method

  1. In a bowl mix together the flour and yoghurt until combined.

  2. Grease a baking sheet, place the dough onto a baking sheet and press out the dough (fairly thinly) with a floured hand.

  3. Lightly spread tomato purée onto dough (use the back of a spoon for an even distribution).

  4. Top with thinly sliced onion and tomato and finely grated cheese. Have a look in the fridge, get creative and see what else you can use up – place on the pizza base with the onion and tomato.

  5. Bake for about 30 mins at 180 degrees.

  6. Once golden brown remove from oven and leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from tray.
